• A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of reservation.
• Cancellation policy is a minimum of 14 days notice.
  If  you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, then we will impose a fee of $100.00(we will keep the deposit).
  If you cancel 14 days or more prior to the arrival date $20.00 processing fee will apply.
• Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later. You will receive instructions on how to enter the condo.
• Check-out time is 11 a.m. (You may request a later checkout time.)
• Unit is non-smoking
• Pet friendly condominium (no more than 2 pets)
• Extra charge for pets: $15 per day - $75 maximum
• Any extra cleaning will require a cleaning charge.
• Missing key fee is $10.00
• Housekeeping services are available for a fee.
• Rates may change during special events and holidays
• Please, do not bring your bicycles inside the condo. Leave them in garage (you may clean them there also).
